WHAT IDENTIFIES US
Conscious Climbing is our way of understanding climbing and everything that surrounds it.
Designing from real experience, manufacturing locally whenever possible, making better use of materials, and working with people who share our way of doing things.
We are not looking to present ourselves as a perfect brand. We prefer to move forward with honesty, explain our decisions, and create technical products with identity, utility, and meaning. We talk about making better decisions: utilizing materials, repurposing fabrics, reducing distances, and creating products designed to accompany you through many sessions.
Sierra is born from rock climbing, climbing walls, travel and shared sessions. We design for people who climb because we, too, understand their needs.
We create our own patterns, combinations, and functional details. We don't want to offer a generic product with a different label, but rather material with Sierra character.
We design and manufacture in Barcelona whenever the product and process allow. We choose local workshops, suppliers, and collaborators to better understand how and who makes each piece.
We seek new lives for materials that still have a lot to offer. We use recycled and upcycled fabrics, and incorporate elements from bicycle tires into some of our chalk bags.
Sierra is built with climbers, stores, climbing gyms, ambassadors, and collaborators. We listen to those who use our products because the community is not just around the brand: it's part of it. Be part of our community on Instagram

We're not talking about zero impact or perfect sustainability. We share what we do, acknowledge where we can still improve, and continue to make decisions to manufacture in a more responsible way.
Every design must fulfill a function, meet a need, and be ready to accompany you for many sessions. Awareness also means making products you want to keep using.
It's not just about where we climb. How we choose, how we manufacture, and with whom we share the journey also matters.
